Employees learn to respect a Business from the owner. You're unlikely to find someone who will love your Business more than you do. They just want their monthly salary. That's their only vision. They don't share your vision.

The best way to do it is to focus on your Business from day one. Learn to do everything yourself if you can.

So...design and implement systems for every aspect of your Business.
Review and revise systems.
Grow the Business.
Nurture your clients.
Be familiar with that your "normal" is, in terms of your Business income. That way, you can detect deviations and investigate immediately.

Put in systems that will allow you to monitor from a distance.

THEN... hand over the systems to someone else and let them run the Business. Ask the person to report back to you on key operations.

Then start Business 2 and repeat the above steps.
