NAC Northpine Congregation

On Saturday 2 September the congregation had our annual Eat around the World Fundraiser. Early on it seems the rain might damper the proceeding but the members came out in full force, and a great time was had by all. This event coincided with our preparations for the next day Friendship service. All that were there enjoyed themselves as well as the delicious meals prepared.

On Saturday 22 April 2023, we gathered at Northpine Congregation 7am for our Final Year Confirmands Beach Walk with our Apostle Gavin Van Der Hoven and the rest of the Apostle Area’s Confirmands. Kraaifontein District had to wear white t-shirts with a blue ribbon to identify our area. Accompanying our Confirmands was their teacher and Shepherd. We arrived and enjoyed the walk, fresh air and meeting other Confirmands. There were water stations along the way with friendly helpers to ensure we stayed hydrated. Apostle addressed the Confirmands and afterwards took pictures with each congregation’s children. This was a great opportunity to get to know the future youth of our area. They had a chance to interact and mingle and I'm sure many new friends were made.
The kids had a wonderful time and the weather also was in our favour. A morning well spent.

SS visit to Giraffe House.
Northpine SS had a lovely day at Giraffe house,getting to see some of God's amazing creatures. We saw Giraffes and many more while learning and reading about different animals. The most exciting part was a reptile show where we saw Tarantulas and snakes, not forgetting cute frogs. Thank you to teachers, parents and all those who assisted in making this a wonderful event for the kids. They had a great time.
