Get a trustworthy wholesaler & importer you can visit on-site + build a frienderstanding (you'll probably become friends after a few years) 2. Trap them with good coffee and snacks 3. Make sure they stay sane with all their orders by annoying them with silly jokes & check-ins 4. Let them vent without judgement 5. Don't ask for discounts, if there was they'd give it to you. 6. Be flexible in your choices & accept when something specific might cost more or are out of stock 7. Make sure your timelines align for deliveries 8. Trust Their process & reward with wine (or at least something edible since they probably haven't eaten today). 9. Clear budget goals & respect for eachother 10.
