South African Girls in Gi, hosts its 3rd annual women's only camp!

Nika Schwinden, our coach on the 5th is a decorated competitor and is a 3-time World Champion &
10-time Brazilian Champion.

She is also the current number 1 IBJJF ranked brown belt in the world and teaches women's only classes in Brazil!
