Our new division which is Training and Development have kick start our new project, implementing strategic skills development opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.

ZWH Training and Development for people with disabilities focuses on equipping them with job-ready skills through vocational training, apprenticeships, and other inclusive programs to improve their employment opportunities and promote self-reliance.

Key approaches include creating accessible training, providing a mix of classroom and on-the-job learning, offering mentorship, and connecting them with job placement services and inclusive employers.
