Workout = 10 min HIIT session in the park (was so much fun!)
Cardio = 2km run around the neighbourhood
Cool down = 10 min of stretching in the garden!

Tonight is our Body-Flow stretch and tone class.
We are going to be doing something a little different tonight so come and enjoy a great mid-week full body stretch!
