Are you an experienced short-term insurance professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We're looking for a Claims Handler to join our Broker Support Group team in Bloemfontein.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the full claims process, work with multiple insurers, build strong relationships with brokers and service providers, and ensure fair, efficient claim outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has 3–5 years' claims experience in short-term insurance
✅ Is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure
✅ Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
✅ Is committed to delivering outstanding service
