📢 Debtors Team Leader – City Deep, Johannesburg

💼 We are looking for an experienced Debtors Team Leader to supervise and support the daily operations of a busy debtors department.

The successful candidate will ensure effective credit control, timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and prompt resolution of customer account queries while leading and developing the debtors team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain and reconcile debtors books
✔ Capture and allocate customer payments
✔ Submit monthly debtor reports and age analyses
✔ Follow up and escalate overdue and high-risk accounts
✔ Coach, support and monitor the debtors team
✔ Ensure effective credit control and collections processes
✔ Resolve customer account queries efficiently

✅ Education:
✔ Matric (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔ Credit Control Certificate / Diploma

✅ Experience:
✔ Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Credit Controller
✔ Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Experience with CGIC (advantageous but not essential)
