2. Provide a platform for the kids to compete against each other - Planning phase (eSport Tournaments)

3. Recognition by eSport teams - (Partner with big players for talent recognition)

4. Establish an eSport team

5. Compete in Tournaments as an independent Team.

6. Team Sponsorship.

7. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.
