WHAT THEY DO
Polyurethane shut-off rubbers create a positive shut-off at the valve seat to prevent drips, leaks and overfill. They control fluid cut-off timing in high-cycle valve and flow control assemblies, delivering consistent, reliable shut-off performance in demanding production and industrial environments.

WHERE THEY WORK
Used on bottling and filling lines, dosing heads, liquid and viscous product fillers, CIP/washdown systems, OEM valve assemblies and specialist drilling, downhole and heavy equipment applications requiring durable, custom-profile shut-off components.

HOW WE SUPPLY
Every shut-off rubber is manufactured from polyurethane with hardness tuned for your application whether a small precision valve tip or a large-diameter shut-off disc. You provide the valve type, seat diameter and profile, stroke, media, temperature and any specific requirements, and we match the correct PU grade and geometry to manufacture to your specification.

Union and sanitary seals that keep CIP/SIP lines tight.

WHAT THEY DO
Provide compressed, static sealing between ferrules and union faces so hygienic and process lines stay leak‑free during operation, CIP and SIP.

WHERE THEY WORK
Food and beverage plants, dairies, breweries, pharmaceutical and cosmetic lines, chemical processes, water treatment and hygienic utility manifolds.

HOW WE SUPPLY
Moulded or machined to Tri‑Clamp, SMS, RJT, DIN 11851 and BSP/NPT union standards – or reverse‑engineered from samples when drawings and OEM part numbers are missing.

MATERIALS
EPDM, FKM, NBR, silicone, neoprene, natural rubber, plus PTFE and polyurethane options matched to media, temperature, cleaning chemicals and regulatory requirements.
