Looking back and thinking of this two pictures I can’t help but be in awe of how the amount of dedication and discipline can do 😊🥺, I remember how hard I used to be on myself and like most athletes I would compare myself which led to me pushing myself to the extreme and because I was new in the game I only realised later as the years went by that growth not only requires hard training sessions but also fuelling the body with the right food and supplements and also very important resting which is the most crucial aspect of growth and improvement 😊💪


I have also learned that growth doesn’t happen over night and that I needed to be kind to myself and allow my body to grow without putting pressure on myself but still putting in the work 😊😊😊🫶🫶🫶

I believe nothing is impossible and keep aspiring and pushing myself to be the better version of myself 🫡🫡🫡🫡🙌🙌💪💪💪
