Following our successful completion of spalling and painting work on the main block last year, Paradigm Projects was again commissioned by our client to address spalling issues in the complex's parking lot.
The recent work involved chasing all spalling openings, thorough mechanical removal of rust, and application of 688 high zinc treatment. Concrete repair works utilized Tamms structural repair mortar, and painting was done strictly according to Dulux Wallclad specifications. Further updates will be provided as we progress.
