Layton is officially the big 10 years old! It's incredible to think about how much she has grown in spite of her early struggles. Since the day Layton was discharged from the hospital to the present day, she has not let anything slow her down or stop her. Despite all her past struggles and a few of her current ones, Layton has maintained a big smile and an even bigger, positive mental attitude. Layton continues to chase everything she hopes to accomplish without any sign of slowing down. We are so unbelievably proud of all her progress and everything she has accomplished in her journey through life. Layton has endured; her spirit has grown, and she continues to make every day count.

Layton wanted us to make sure we thank everyone who has helped support her in life. She says she’s happy she can help make others happy.
