Success Path

You've seen the posts.
"I work 5 hours a week and make 6 figures."
"Freedom. Flexibility. Full alignment."
"Entrepreneurship changed my life."
And somewhere in the back of your mind you think: why doesn't it feel like that for me?
Here's what those posts don't show you:
The decade of failures before the 5-hour week was possible. The team of people working 40-60 hours behind the scenes. The failed launches, the maxed out credit cards, the pivots nobody talks about.
We are comparing our beginning to someone else's chapter ten.
And it is quietly destroying our energy, our confidence, and our relationship with our own business.
The burnout I see in women entrepreneurs right now is real. And it's not coming from laziness or lack of hustle. It's coming from misaligned time, drained energy, and the belief that doing more is always the answer.
It's not.
I wrote about this in my new newsletter Limitless Audacity, including a simple audit you can do this week to identify exactly where your time and energy are leaking and what to do about it.

It's the end of the year.
And you know what that means: everyone's sharing their highlight reels, making you feel like you didn't do enough.
But here's what I want you to remember:
🙌 Celebrate the gain. Don't focus on the gap.
We overestimate what we can achieve in a day, and underestimate what we can achieve in a year.
So before you jump into 2026 planning, ask yourself:
What DID I accomplish this year?
Maybe you:
→ Had a difficult conversation you'd been avoiding
→ Set a boundary that felt terrifying
→ Raised your income
→ Said no to something draining
→ Took a break without guilt
→ Stayed in the game when it felt hard
That counts. All of it counts.
Growth isn't always about the big milestones.
Sometimes it's the small shifts:
→ The moment you stopped apologizing for what you want.
→ The day you realized you don't have to hustle to prove your worth.
→ The choice to lead from alignment instead of obligation.
How far have you actually come this year?
Here's what I recommend you do:
✍️ List 5-10 things you accomplished, learned, or became in 2025.
Not for Instagram. Just for you.
Because when you celebrate the gain instead of focusing on the gap, something shifts.
→ You stop feeling behind.
→ You start seeing that you're actually making progress.
→ You've come further than you think.
What's one thing you're proud of accomplishing this year?
👇 DM me or drop it in the comments. I'd love to celebrate with you.
