HUNGRY ❤️ We see two different body types - but for .se, the change has mainly been in her mind ☁️ It started out as a desire to be a little more thin and ended up as an endless mental battle that almost took her life ✖️ She wants to warn others how incredibly easy it is to fall into an eating disorder, and how difficult it is to get out. But also give hope to ones that feel trapped that if you are experiencing issues - whether it be eating disorder or something else - that it is possible to get out. Just like you’ve learned to respond to situations a certain way that is destructive for you, you can unlearn those ways and replace it with a healthier way of thinking✖️Arm yourself with as much truth and positive influence as possible, and most importantly - respond positively m to self criticism 🙏🏻 Trust that you can achieve goals without overthinking every step of the way.
