Navigating grief has taught me that love, connection, and compassion matter more than trying to “hold it all together.”

In this article, I share reflections on what it means to allow grief to be seen—through family and friendships, quiet traditions, nature, and even small moments of connection with strangers. Grief doesn’t disappear, but when we meet it with openness and grace, it can soften, shift, and reveal a deeper understanding of ourselves.

I also share why I believe no one should have to grieve alone, and how grief circles and coaching can create space for honest expression, support, and healing—at your own pace.

If you’re navigating loss, change, or a tender season of life, I hope this piece feels like an invitation to pause, breathe, and feel supported.

Trauma-Informed Nutrition: Healing the Mind, Body, and Spirit 12/22/2025

What if genetics and trauma responsiveness matter more than habits alone?

When six in ten people have experienced at least one adverse childhood event, it becomes clear: healing can’t be one-size-fits-all.

I wrote an article exploring how trauma-informed care helps heal the mind, body, and spirit — and why compassion, curiosity, and safety matter just as much as nutrition education.

Sometimes the most powerful shift isn’t changing what we eat — it’s changing how we understand ourselves.
