Yesterday marked a wonderful start to ICCSA 2025!
The first day was filled with vibrant sessions, insightful discussions, and a memorable welcome party on the Bosphorus. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making it such a great success.

"Disaster preparedness and risk proling in the digital era from Earth observation lens"

In this keynote, Prof. Aryal will explore how Earth Observation and AI-based methods can support decision-making and enhance disaster resilience. Drawing from case studies in the Himalayan region, he will show how digital tools help us better understand and prepare for natural hazards such as earthquakes and landslides, protecting lives, infrastructure, and communities in an increasingly complex world.
