We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Incodeks builds and supports modern software products for international clients. This role is focused on clinical workflow applications—production systems that support critical healthcare operations where reliability, security, and performance are non-negotiable.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can operate across frontend and backend, make sound architectural decisions, and ship high-quality features in regulated, high-impact environments.

What you’ll do
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power modern front-end applications
• Design scalable, secure backend services integrating with clinical data systems and patient-facing interfaces
• Work across the stack on React / NestJS frontends and backend microservices
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate real user needs into maintainable solutions
• Lead architecture discussions and contribute to system design, data modeling, and service reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar on code quality, documentation, and engineering standards

Core tech stack
JavaScript / TypeScript · Node.js · NestJS · React · Next.js · GraphQL · REST APIs · Microservices · Cloud infrastructure

What we’re looking for
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building APIs and distributed systems with Node.js / NestJS
• Solid frontend experience with React and Next.js
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Experience working in complex or regulated domains (healthcare a strong plus)
• Familiarity with GraphQL and event-driven architectures
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment

Nice to have
• Healthcare domain experience or familiarity with FHIR standards
• Experience with feature flag systems (LaunchDarkly or similar)
• Knowledge of authentication and identity systems (Okta, JWT)
• Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns
