Regional First Aid Meeting 2026!!

Our SRC First Aid Health Coordinator, Aiolupotea Goretti Wulf, alongside our dedicated First Aid Instructors, have successfully completed an intensive, one-week regional forum at the Pacific Regional First Aid Meeting 2026 in New Caledonia!
This high-level event was proudly hosted by the French Red Cross PIROPS and the IFRC Global First Aid Reference Centre (GFARC), in close collaboration with the IFRC Country Cluster Delegation for the Pacific.
Over the course of the week, Aiolupotea and the team deep-dived into the future of life-saving care, focusing on:
• 🎓 First Aid Education & New Educational Tools: Upgrading how we teach first aid using modern, interactive learning resources.
• 💼 Commercial First Aid: Strengthening sustainable service models to help fund our humanitarian work.
• 🚀 IFRC First Aid Vision 2030: Aligning our local strategies with global standards to ensure a first aid culture is embedded in every community by 2030.
Our delegation is coming home with fresh insights, advanced tools, and renewed energy to elevate first aid training across our communities. Thank you to the organizers and our Pacific peers for an incredible week of learning and solidarity! 🤝❤️
