Last Friday we bid farewell to the youngest member of our team - Mr. PJ Fruen, who was an intern for us the past 8 weeks under the Samoa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Internship Programme 2022.
PJ was a participant in this years Youth Co:Lab and is a young entrepreneur who has started his own business designing and selling custom T-Shirts. During his time with us, PJ has been learning how to build his own website for his business. EnCode continuously making waves in the digital world together with MESC through the Education Sector Support Program. Completion of the design phase for the School Staffing Management System.

In the coming weeks EnCode will develop a web-based information management system for the School Operations Division (SOD); that will facilitate the administration of the teachers posting process.
