🥖 A Little Bánh Mì Update 💛

Hey Peanuts ' people! 👋
Just a quick heads-up — our sourdough baker let us know they can’t make the mini sourdough baguettes right now due to a staff shortage.

So for the moment, we’ll be using their long baguettes, cut in half for our bánh mìs. Same sourdough tang, same crunch — just a slightly different shape! 😋

We’re still fine-tuning how to wrap all those tasty fillings and flavors together perfectly (it’s a process!), but don’t worry — nothing’s changed in our spreads, fillings, or ingredients. 🌱

After what feels like forever, the water has finally gone down — and Peanuts Restaurant is open again! 💪

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing, hardworking Peanuts team who cleaned the restaurant twice after two rounds of flooding. You guys are absolute legends. 🙌 Everything’s back to normal (well, almost — some furniture’s still finding its new home 😅).

We’ve even moved our fridge upstairs just in case the water comes back — so please excuse the temporary “upgrade zone” near the front desk!

Despite it all, we couldn’t wait any longer. We’ve missed you all and can’t wait to serve you again! ❤️

Hey everyone, just a quick update — we’ll be CLOSED for a few more days as the flood water still hasn’t gone down completely.
We need a little extra time to clean up and make sure everything’s safe and ready before reopening.

Due to the high water levels and flooding in Hoi An, our restaurant has unfortunately been affected and will need to remain closed for another two days.

We’re hoping to reopen and welcome you back on Thursday, October 30th — fingers crossed the weather cooperates!
