🇫🇷🇹🇭 MLR Legal was honored to co-organize, together with the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC), the seminar “Navigating Thailand’s Economic Trends: Opportunities for Business Growth”, held in Bangkok on 20 November 2025.

This event took place at a pivotal moment for Thailand, marked by major political milestones ahead. It provided a valuable platform to explore national economic and strategic initiatives, and to discuss current and future free trade agreements—key drivers of Thailand’s competitiveness and attractiveness for foreign investors.

Rémi Nguyen, Partner at MLR Legal, had the privilege of delivering the opening remarks alongside Jean-Boris Roux, President of the FTCC, who shared insightful perspectives on Franco-Thai economic dynamics and bilateral investment opportunities.

The panel discussion, expertly moderated by Mr. Worawit Nitiborrirak, Partner at MLR Legal Thailand, brought together prominent Thai political figures:

• Mr. Jittipoj Wiriyaroj, Member of Parliament, Pheu Thai Party

This seminar highlighted the importance of public–private dialogue, the need for a predictable regulatory framework, and the essential role of stronger economic cooperation between France and Thailand.

Dr. Rémi Nguyen, directeur général de MLR Advisory, a été ravi de participer au séminaire organisé par Vietrade et le ministère du commerce et de l’industrie du Vietnam dans le but de partager les différents éléments contenus dans l’EVFTA-EFIPA, l’environnement des affaires en Europe et les challenges rencontrés par les sociétés vietnamiennes.
