♻ Việt Nam là một quốc gia đang phát triển nhanh chóng tại khu vực Đông Nam Á, với tốc độ tăng trưởng kinh tế ấn tượng, cùng quá trình công nghiệp hóa và đô thị hóa mạnh mẽ. Mặc dù những thành tựu này là động lực thúc đẩy nền kinh tế, chúng cũng đồng thời dẫn đến sự gia tăng lượng rác thải và đặt ra nhiều thách thức phức tạp trong công tác quản lý chất thải. Việc quản lý chất thải hiệu quả đóng vai trò then chốt việc đảm bảo tính bền vững môi trường, bảo vệ sức khỏe cộng đồng và nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống.
