When talking about such issues, the common perspective is that problems only have some small effects on the victims. Actually, it is different when it happens in reality.

As people are bullied by some discriminating ways such as jokes about the backgrounds, identities of different regions or just jokes about the accents or dialect. These situations happen frequently in Hanoi, especially among some groups of toxic people. As a result, caused significant consequences of provincial discrimination:

- Causing disunity among civilians in a country

- Creating social chaos and regional discrimination group

- Boycotting and bullying the provincial, causing mental illnesses, anxiety and depression among these people.

- Unfair treatment in different facets: job opportunities, salaries and wages, etc.
