Why Does CodLUCK Adopt A “Modular Approach” Instead Of Applying AI To The Entire System?

The era of developers writing code manually is rapidly evolving. At CodLUCK, we are transitioning to an AI-Orchestrated Development model, where developers no longer focus solely on coding, but act as orchestrators of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Our current workflow consists of three key stages:

1. Step 1 (Blueprint & Planning):
Developers receive requirements and leverage AI to support analysis and create WBS (task breakdown and scheduling). They then produce basic and detailed design documents (.md, Figma). Humans ensure logical accuracy and strategic direction.

2. Step 2 (Vibe Coding):
Based on the documentation, developers use AI to generate code. Instead of coding directly, they guide, instruct, and evaluate AI outputs.

3. Step 3 (Automated Quality Gate):
Using the generated code and documentation, developers continue leveraging AI to create and run unit tests. Final validation is performed by humans.
