Formal Warning Regarding Misconduct on Premises

Dear Mr Min - our value customer whom urinated right outside of our bathroom last night. !!!

This notice serves as a formal warning concerning an incident that occurred last night at our place. Security camera footage clearly shows you urinating on the staircase ( pls see the video below) , which is a violation of our building’s hygiene, safety, and conduct policies.
When approached about the matter, you denied any involvement despite the recorded evidence. You also accused staff of discriminatory behavior. We take such allegations very seriously; however, in this instance, the actions taken by staff were based solely on the documented misconduct and not on any personal characteristics.

We are aware that you have posted negative reviews regarding this incident. While you are entitled to express your views, these reviews do not influence our commitment to maintaining professional standards or providing better service to all the customers . Our procedures and expectations remain the same for everyone
