📌 Giới thiệu dự án
Chúng tôi đang xây dựng một nền tảng thu thập và phân tích cảm xúc trong giao tiếp của người dùng trên nhiều kênh khác nhau (SMS, email, WhatsApp, thông báo hệ thống, tích hợp bên ngoài).
Mục tiêu là cung cấp insight về hành vi giao tiếp của người dùng bằng cách tổng hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn và áp dụng phân tích cảm xúc (sentiment analysis) trên quy mô lớn.
🎯 Nhiệm vụ chính
Thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì dịch vụ backend (Python hoặc Node.js) để thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu giao tiếp của người dùng.
Xây dựng pipeline phân tích cảm xúc, tích hợp với thư viện/mô hình NLP và phân loại văn bản.
Phát triển dashboard frontend bằng React.js để trực quan hóa hành vi và xu hướng giao tiếp.
Tích hợp nhiều nguồn dữ liệu (thông báo trên di động, SMS, email, tích hợp hệ thống thứ ba) vào một hệ thống thống nhất.
Làm việc với hạ tầng AWS để triển khai và quản lý dịch vụ quy mô lớn (Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway…).
Đảm bảo bảo mật, quyền riêng tư và tuân thủ khi xử lý dữ liệu người dùng.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Product Owner và các thành viên để tinh chỉnh yêu cầu và bàn giao giải pháp end-to-end.
✅ Yêu cầu ứng viên
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Full-stack Developer.
Thành thạo Python (ưu tiên) hoặc Node.js cho backend.
Có kinh nghiệm vững với React.js trong phát triển frontend.
Hiểu và từng triển khai các dịch vụ AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, API Gateway…).
Có kinh nghiệm với Natural Language Processing (NLP) hoặc sentiment analysis là lợi thế lớn.
Hiểu biết về tích hợp dữ liệu di động (Android notification listener, SMS API, WhatsApp/Email API) là điểm cộng.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, khả năng lead nhóm nhỏ.
Tiếng Anh tốt (giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu).
