Tiệc tối của Quyên & Nghĩa ở Cam Ranh team đã phải sử dụng layout backup khi ngày tiệc trời bỗng đổ mưa, dù trước đó dự báo thời tiết rất tốt, ngày trước tiệc khi team setup cũng như tổng duyệt chương trình trời vẫn nắng đẹp.

Trưa ngày diễn ra tiệc, trời trở gió và đổ mưa rất to, và không có dấu hiệu trời sẽ tạnh, Quyên đã rất lo lắng, Hiếu cùng team The Sisters Planner đã trấn an Quyên, cũng như trình bày khi sử dụng phương án backup sẽ sử dụng được 95% các hạng mục đều có thể dời vào khu vực tiệc trong nhà, mọi thứ đã được tính toán chi tiết trước đó, tiệc sẽ vẫn rất đẹp và ấm cúng.

Và nụ cười hạnh phúc của Quyên & Nghĩa trong những bức hình dưới đây, như một sự công nhận cho sự cố gắng của tất cả các team khi đã cùng hợp sức triển khai phương án dự phòng một cách mượt mà dù trong điều kiện thời gian gấp rút.

For every outdoor wedding, I always make sure a detailed backup plan is in place. Because at the end of the day, every part of the guest experience—and every emotion our couples go through on their wedding day—matters.

Quyen & Nghia’s wedding in Cam Ranh was one of those moments that reminded us why preparation is so important.

The weather forecast had been promising for days. During setup and even throughout the final rehearsal, the sky remained clear and beautiful. But on the afternoon of the wedding, strong winds arrived and heavy rain suddenly poured down, with no sign of stopping.

Naturally, Quyen became worried. Together with The Sisters Planner team, we reassured her and carefully walked her through the backup plan we had prepared well in advance. Every detail had already been calculated, allowing us to move nearly 95% of the planned décor and wedding elements indoors while preserving the original design concept and atmosphere.

With only a limited amount of time, every team worked together seamlessly to transform the space and bring the contingency plan to life.

Looking back at Quyen & Nghia’s smiles in these photographs, I feel incredibly grateful. They are the greatest reward for all the hard work, teamwork, and dedication that went into making sure their celebration remained beautiful, intimate, and joyful despite the unexpected weather.

Because a successful wedding is not one without challenges—it is one where the couple can fully enjoy their day, knowing they are in good hands no matter what happens.
