Stuck indoors much?

Daily life has become weird. We all have a flow to our days, an external structure of work, play, shopping, family, friends. A lot of that is on hold now. Not having that external structure can really throw us off and impact our health and well being.

There are some basic things I do to keep myself healthy and less stressed while I wait this out. I've developed some systems to make sure I don't track the virus into my home. And I've developed some structure around my day so I get proper sleep, exercise in my apartment and keep myself well nourished.
