Today we close our doors at our current location. As we reminisce on all of the amazing memories, we have become over whelmed with gratitude for the community and all of the talented instructors. MUD Studio would not be the same without you. So from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you💛.

Good morning friends and family and happy Friday. As we have already made you aware, our doors will be closing for business on An Thuong 34. Our finalized closing date will be on Wednesday, April 14. Don’t worry, you will still see us in the community and we will be at a new location before you know it.

All classes and workshops will take place in the MUD Studio/conference room until Tuesday, April 13 unless otherwise specified.

We want to thank you for your continued support and all the amazing memories you have helped us create.

Join Chan on the mat 3 times a week for Posture Focus Yoga Vinyasa.

Chan is the first certified LYT teacher in Vietnam. LYT is a modern yoga style created by Lara Heimann -a physical therapist and yoga teacher in the USA with 20 years of experience.

LYT incorporates core and functional movement to embrace the integrity of the body structure and create sustainable movement patterns so you can move freely and happily in life.

Classes will focus on building good posture, core strength, functional movement and provide you with an exciting and interesting yoga experience.

Every Saturday (Intermediate Handstand Flow) 9AM - 10AM
