Fostering the Next Generation of Conscious Female Leaders

The world needs conscious, empowered leaders who can drive positive change and inspire others to reach their full potential. Erin and I believe in nurturing these qualities from a young age, which is why we've developed a transformative Leadership Expedition program for college-age women.

Our immersive, experiential program in the Virgin Islands is designed to cultivate the essential skills and mindsets required for conscious leadership.

Through a combination of daily practices, self-exploration exercises, collaborative discussions, and engaging activities like snorkeling and sailing, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

The expedition's curriculum is centered around developing self-awareness, confidence, intuition, compassion, and a mission-driven mindset. By fostering these qualities, we aim to empower the next generation of female leaders to become agents of positive change, equipped with the tools to lead authentically, inspire others, and create a lasting impact in their communities and the world.
