We just wanted to come on here and say how concerning it is with the amount of calls we have gotten in the past few days from customers that reserved a vehicle through Budget and Avis that had their vehicle given away! We absolutely hate to see this being done to all of these people that just came to our beautiful island to relax and ended up starting their vacation stranded in the worst way! We are sorry to everyone that we could not help due to being sold out. We please urge everyone that is getting a rental vehicle on the island to book local and in advance! We will never give away someone’s reservation, we take pride in that! We appreciate all of our customers! Thank you
