I like going to the beach to think... whenever I see or hear water, it brings a sense of calm, clarity & mindfulness. The vastness of the ocean seems to provide a sense of perspective & tranquility to my busy mind. Although I don't get to go as often as I would like (daily) 😉 when I do, I try to focus on unplugging from distractions, being present, & using my senses to be mindful of my surroundings, feeling the wet, cool sand beneath my feet, the flowering tree, with the birds chirping above my head, the warm sunshine, glistening on the surface of the water🌊...to top it all off... a nice swim, then the moment when I float with absolutely nothing on my mind is pure bliss. 🏝
