Gratitude is a Choice.

There were 10 lepers healed by Jesus in . 1 came to say thanks the others did not. What could it have been that they were thinking?

Several reasons make us either grateful or ungrateful.

🔷Our perspective. If you see good in it (that situation God allowed you in) you'll be grateful. If you see bad in it, you'll be ungrateful.

🔷Our Focus. Focus on gains you'll be grateful. Focus on pains you'll be ungrateful.

🔷Sense of Entitlement. This makes us ungrateful.

On a sense of entitlement, It's perfectly okay to believe that as a Kingdom citizen, certain things are your rights and benefits like, health, provision, protection, joy, peace, satisfaction etc. But when you have them, be grateful.

A sense of entitlement does not see any reason to be grateful. This i believe could have been part of the thoughts of the nine lepers that did not return to say thanks.

Gratitude is a choice. Therefore, choose to be grateful.
