Small reminder that toxic bosses and toxic workplaces don’t change. But, they will change you. Prioritize yourself. Document everything. And make your exit plan. ASAP

And suddenly I didn’t care to be talked to, texted back, liked, disliked, invited, or talked about. It’s quiet and that is finally enough.

I’m fully aware of what’s happening, but I no longer feel the need to engage. I’ve learned to sit back, observe, and move with intention. Protecting my peace means knowing that not eveything deserves a response.

In your 20s you will feel the itch to resign from your job without any backup. You have to realise it’s the right thing. ゚viralシ
