White chocolate differs from regular chocolate in that it does not use cocoa powder – only cocoa butter. Therefore, it is sweeter, without a slight bitterness.

The first sweets appeared during the time of ancient civilizations. The Egyptians mixed dates with honey, and the Romans poured it over nuts and sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
