Nova Inventa has identified an area in the Sierra Madre Occidental in Mexico that badly needs h**p conservation education.
Our organization has a longstanding relationship with rural communities in the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains. Unfortunately, native animals are often persecuted in these regions due to lack of awareness. In the past, most of our contributions to these communities have been in the form of toys and medicines. When we asked how Nova Inventa could best contribute to the local children, we were informed that a coloring book that teaches the protection and conservation of local reptiles and amphibians would have a substantial impact.
