Oversharing borrowers are a doozy!

Unless we can get some therapist pay added to that $150 we are making!! 😂

When oversharing happens, your best course of action is doing absolutely nothing. Almost as if you don’t hear it.

Engaging in any form of conversation when they are oversharing either ends super awkward

Or may lead to negative feedback to whoever gave you the signing or the signing may take 2 hours!!

And if the oversharing ever gets inappropriate, it is appropriate to say you are there to focus on the signing at hand and ask if they can keep the conversation focused on that.

Just keep moving through the signing. Point and sign…point and sign!!
