We had a wonderful time with our holiday camp children and now that they are back in school, we provided a little energy boost for the teachers. What brings you to yoga class?

To all of our 5:00 am’ers....we started 5:00 am classes at the Y today! Get Fit, Step, yoga and cardio sculpt. A new group schedule with a few of your favorites will debut December 10. Come try it out!!!

Calling our "GET FIT" ladies. Classes start back Monday. 5:00 am and 9:30 am at the YMCA. We'll meet at the front and go through the workout.

It was so good to see so many of you at the Americana YMCA. If you were in our Yoga program, we are merging our classes here. The new program is as followed and starts December 3. Power and Gentle are on the schedule for now.

It has been one crazy week. But, I will say that God’s timing is impeccable. In one week, I was offered an amazing opportunity, sold the gym and have completely moved out. I’ve enjoyed 15 years, 6000 women, many tears, laughs, prayers and joining forces with amazing ladies to support many different causes in our community. As I did my final walk through the gym, I saw the writings on the walls. They reminded me of my mission statement, “Empowering Women”. That mission will continue and expand to “Empowering People”. As the new Director of Operations for the Americana YMCA, I will be bringing our biggest/best classes and programs with us. A huge thank you to the members and staff who have been with me for 15 years. Your longevity speaks volumes for what we do. Thank you for each person who walked through my doors through the years. The success of FitnessDesign Zachary is credited to you. It took each one of us to make Fitness Design what it is. So this isn’t goodbye, it’s see you tomorrow at the Y, who by the way has a special offer for you. No sign up and no payment until January.
