Recovery Class Tuesday 6-645 pm at smucker Park. This class will focus on gentle stretching to include yoga poses, foam rolling and short meditation. This is an evolving class so come and try it while it’s free and I’m still getting the kinks figured out! If you have your own yoga mat, bring one. Meet us at the south end of the park , in the pavilion
