The Climb Yuma

May is mental health awareness month so be prepared for information and encouragement this month and hopefully every month after this. (If my attention span and brain will allow me to follow through)

This week is also Maternal Mental Health Week. It continues to be important to talk about maternal mental health, the signs, the resources and ultimately the hope is to reduce the stigma associated and to remind everyone that help is out there and that there is nothing wrong with you if you are struggling.

This is something that is very near and dear to me, and I absolutely refuse to drop it lol

Happy Saturday!! Quick update on the Climb. Officially official, the climb is scheduled for Saturday October 26th from 10am to 1pm at the Caballero Park, Ramada #10.
