I made 2 Sea Salt Scrubs tonight: a Lemon Foot Scrub (left) and an Exotic Coconut Body Scrub (right). Want to make your own? Here's my recipe for the Exotic Coconut Body Scrub that will leave your skin silky smooth and smelling like you're tanning on the beaches of Maui!

Exotic Coconut Body Scrub
4oz Fine Sea Salt
1oz Shea Butter (slightly softened)10oz Aloe Vera Gel20oz Coconut Oil
20 drops Vitamin E Oil
10 drops Exotic Coconut Fragrance Oil

Now, if you DON'T have these items on hand, don't fret. The basic concept of a sea salt scrub is a 2:1 ratio, meaning 2 parts sea salt to 1 part oils/liquid. So if you have 2 oz of sea salt, you'll add up to 1 oz oils. Olive oil, grapeseed, coconut, Sunflower- any of the lighter oils will do! Have fun experimenting!

Refreshing Lemon Soap! Yesterday I made this beautiful Coconut & Goat's milk soap with Lemon Essential Oil. The colorful specks you see are dried lemon peel powder. It smells & lathers wonderfully!
