3016 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 bath......This classic style home design is currently under construction in Middleburg, Florida. The home has an open/split floor plan, wrap-around porches and cathedral ceilings in the middle living area. I designed the great room ceiling with exposed wood beams for a rustic look. The home also has a large master suite on one side of the plan with two bedrooms and another full bath on the other side. The structure is of conventional wood frame construction on a concrete block stem wall (crawl space) foundation with metal roofing.
