Myself included even. We all experience the stresses of life, and sometimes, the only thing left to do is blame ourselves and plan the biggest pity party of the year, and guess what...

We're the host.

When life gets tough (which it will), we need to be able to turn to others we can TRUST.

We must find others who lift us up, empower us, and hold us accountable for our actions.

Despite what life throws at us, we have people in our lives who are there to tell us, "You're doing just fine."

Who is that person for you? Is it your spouse? Friend? Family members? Let them know that you appreciate them. 😌

Society is messed up! 😢

Okay, maybe that was exaggerated, but society has definitely changed over the past 10 years!🧐

Something so simple as letting a woman in front of me at the gas station became a sign of a good gesture.

I did not think anything of it, but the woman who went out of her way to thank me for such a simple gesture got me thinking.

Do we recognize the potential of our everyday actions?

The actions we display can ripple through the lives of others in ways we may never comprehend. You never know what someone may be going through.
