Project Mow

Guess what quick project I decided to do this morning, that involves 7 duck eggs from the fridge, a stapler and a old dish rag?

Add it all up, and hopefully this will result in 10 ducklings!

I went to feed the birds this morning and noticed one duck mama went broody. But she only has 3 eggs with her. Plus her nest just looked too exposed.

I remembered I had too many duck eggs in the fridge ( I only use them for baking) and figured to add a few more while she’s sitting anyway, and I also thought if I were a duck, I’d like some privacy while I sit on my eggs.

So there. We will see what happens in a month or so. I think she likes the little curtain I put up for her.
