Incident Report on Release of fuel under pressure in Pennsylvania, USA
In 2018, while fueling a customer site in PA, the connecting hose suddenly snapped out of the truck and large volumes of fuel oil were released at the customer site. VaporRemed was used immediately to mitigate the impact of fuel.
