Hello everyone, I had worked on a recent painting project I completed in the beautiful historic city of Marysville.

Marysville is home to many original architectural treasures, including homes that are 100 years old and older along the river. I was fortunate to work on this stunning Tudor-style home, which truly reflects the character and craftsmanship of the era it was built in.

Before painting, I completed a number of wood repairs to get the home ready for several fresh coats of paint. The finished result gave the house a beautiful renewed look while still preserving its old-time charm. It was also a wonderful surprise for the owner’s family for Memorial Weekend two years ago.

Here is some new stepflashings , chimney sweep flashing , and counter flashings that I had done. This chimney was leaking bad at the corners so I installed all new. Then I had painted all black. Let me know if you may need this kind of service.

Just sharing some work that I did on this beautiful old house built in 1837. I really like working on these very old homes. Here I custom made a cupola, built some stairs, replaced beams, deck joists, and install all new joist hangers
