If you've driven past the Warehaus office recently, you've probably noticed something new taking shape on our building.

We're pleased to partner with the York Symphony Orchestra as the home for their newest mural, created by York artist Annelise Vuono. The project brings together art, music, and place-making in a way that reflects the energy and creativity happening throughout downtown .

As a firm that spends its days thinking about how the built environment shapes communities, it's rewarding to see our building become part of a project that adds another layer of character and visual interest to the city.

Thank you to the York Symphony Orchestra and Annelise for the opportunity to be part of it. We look forward to seeing the completed mural become a familiar landmark for residents and visitors alike. Stay tuned for details about the ribbon cutting, coming soon!

Warehaus has been named a 🏆National Finalist 🏆 in the 2026 SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services Marketing Communications Awards for our “Taste of York” Holiday Mixed Media campaign.

Earlier this year, the campaign earned First Place in the Holiday category and Best in Show honors at the SMPS Philadelphia Marketing Communications Awards. It has now advanced to the national stage, where winners will be announced this July at Amplify A | E | C in Las Vegas.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that every element of the campaign was rooted in York County, from the local products and historic references to the community projects featured throughout the experience.

Shippensburg University student Thomas Gradwell is back in the Haus this Summer to continue his civil engineering internship. We're grateful for Tom's hands-on approach, enabling him to hit the ground running on civil design projects in the first week!

We have a full Haus with two civil interns and one architectural intern keeping our teams on their toes and also enjoying our Summer Hours program.
