I probably crave Chinese food once a week and its incredibly easy to make at home. Just throw some meat and vegetables in a pan and serve it with some 🍚 and you're golden.

Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry with a side of White Rice.

This beef stew is by far the best beef stew you will ever have. Pan-seared chuck roast, red wine, and braising for three hours = beef heaven. Even better when it's left to sit in the fridge over night.

After a three month hiatus, I am back doing what I love! Sometimes fun has to be put on the back burner. Now that I'm back at it, I wanted to post the literally steaming hot Meat Loaf filled with Cream Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms and topped with homemade Marinara sauce.
