We just wrapped up two days of strategic planning for FY27, and we're all leaving feeling incredibly grateful to be part of this mission.

There's something special about getting great minds together. Sharing ideas, challenging each other, dreaming bigger, and rallying around a mission we all believe in... that's exactly what these last two days were all about!

We're so proud of what our team is building at IM ABLE. We have some big goals, some exciting ideas, and a whole lot of work ahead... and we couldn't be more excited for what's next!

Here's to FY27. Let's make it our best year yet. 💪💙

PS: You might notice two new faces in the picture (and around the gym) - Kim Ryan, our new Adaptive Fitness Operations Manager, and Kourtney Boughey, our new Director of Community Outreach & Volunteers. We're excited to formally introduce them and give them their well-deserved recognition in the coming days, so stay tuned!

Please join us in welcoming Lori A. Rosenthal as she steps into the role of Board President on July 1!

Lori A. Rosenthal is an organizational leader, executive advisor, and people strategist with a comprehensive background helping organizations build strong cultures, develop leaders, and align people, purpose, and performance. Throughout her career, she has partnered with founders, executives, and boards to guide growth, navigate change, and create workplaces where both individuals and organizations can thrive.

As Board President of the IM ABLE Foundation, Lori is passionate about advancing the organization's mission and strengthening connections among Board members, staff, athletes, veterans, families, and the broader community. She believes that lasting impact is achieved when people come together around a shared purpose, a spirit of service, and a commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

Known for her collaborative, approachable leadership style and ability to bring people together, Lori is committed to helping IM ABLE continue building a strong foundation for growth, opportunity, and impact for years to come. She believes that healthy organizations are built on trust, meaningful relationships, shared accountability, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Lori holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, an MBA from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
